MLP Homes Ltd Selected as Preferred Bidder for Oscar Road Nursery Site in Torry

MLP Homes Ltd, a leading developer of residential and commercial property, today announced that it has been selected as the preferred bidder to purchase the derelict Oscar Road Nursery site in Torry, Aberdeen.

The site, which has been vacant for several years, is located in a prime location in Torry, close to a number of amenities, including schools, the local clinic, shops, and public transport. MLP Homes Ltd plans to develop the site into a mixed-use development, including a mix of apartments, townhouses, and cottages, to meet housing needs and demand.
